The Future

New Ideas
We aim to provide a stable base for quality staff to design and develop their own ideas. Therefore we will always support feasible new products and developments. This will result in us staying ahead in our field. Each year we launch a number of new improved programmes.

Values
We believe it is vital to build trust within the team and out towards the client. This is critical and we work to maintain good long-term links with all our staff and clients. Although we are pursuing a continual programme of growth and development, we still believe that 'small is beautiful'.

Growth
Plans are in place for a slow growth to reach the optimum levels in all our companies. This will see:

• Wilderness Expertise running a maximun of twenty school expeditions each year supporting two full time staff in the office.
• Wilderness Expertise Training spliting in to 3 distinct buisness areas supporting 6 full-time trainers with 2 support staff. The full-time team will work on long-term programmes whilst the freelance team will undertake the short programme delivery.
• Medical Expertise will expand to support the freelance trainers with a support team of 1 based in the office.

We have, over the last 3 years put in place a robust management system and are looking forward to reaping the benefits of this investment. For more details please see the longterm plan (December 2004)
