The aim of this section of our website is to communicate to all the off-site team whether full-time, part-time or freelance.

We run a disperate (rather than desperate) operation. Mis-communication is the main concern so we hope that this site will mean we can work more efficiently.

Plans for 2005
The aim for 2005 is the continued progress of the ECG satellite companies. We are focussing on Quality Assurance through getting out and running road shows for freelance and part time staff to ensure that we are all working to the same goals with the groups thoughout the year. Jon Parry, the Short Course Manager, is co-ordinating these. Drop him an email for dates and details.

This year we are expanding our trainer base, both full and part-time. As many of you know we have, in 2004, reduced the non-delivery team to keep overheads low and ensure we are viable as a company.
