Click here for Current vacancies. Apprentice SchemeThe apprentice scheme started in 1998 and has evolved over the years. The principle is to enable people to gain an understanding of the industry before committing time and money. Once people have decided on their career, the second stage supports them whilst they gain career qualifications such as the Summer Mountain Leader Award through the MLTB (Mountain Leader Training Board). Level 1 Level 2 The annual interview process takes place in June and July and placements normally start in August or September. The office is set up to support the delivery trainers. We work for you by giving you the right equipment, information and support to enable you to deliver the best training you can. We expect the best from everyone. If there is an opportunity to give more and add value, we want everyone to grasp the opportunity. Sounds cheesy but that is our approach and it is at the core of our reputation.
The full-time staff enjoy a number of benefits on top of the normal salary payment. These include gym membership, training budget,
