wilderness expertise specialises in providing overseas personal development expeditions for students aged 12 to 18. These expeditions help those involved realise their potential in a safe, supportive and exhilarating environment.
We have an excellent reputation and are proud to have established long term links with a number of our valued clients. We are committed to staying small and only work with a maximum of 30 teams per year, this allows us to retain strong links with our schools and provide the highest quality experience from start to finish.
It is vital for us that students are fully involved in the planning stage of their expedition and it is them who create and truly own their itinerary. Those involved go through a comprehensive training programme to prepare them for expedition life, and we aim to place their Expedition Leader at the itinerary planning stage. This helps the team form a strong, cohesive bond and facilitates a truly worthwhile experience.
